My name is Alexandra Tsukada. I live in Tokyo, Japan, and I'm originally from San Jose, California, in the United States. I also lived in Seattle, Washington for a long time. I moved to Japan in Autumn of 2019.

I am studying traditional Japanese woodblock printmaking (moku-hanga) from Motoharu Asaka Sensei, who is a master Ukiyo-e carver. I also received a Bachelor's degree in Printmaking from Cornish College of the Arts in 2010, where I originally discovered Moku-hanga.
